• Courses may be created by eFarming or independent instructors.
• Course content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
• Access to courses may be subject to payment, subscription, or promotional offers.
• eFarming reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or remove any course or content at any time.

5. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

• All payments are listed in USD ($) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
• Payments and refunds are subject to eFarming's Refund Policy.
• eFarming is not responsible for payment processor errors or third-party service disruptions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All platform content — including videos, text, graphics, logos, software, and course materials — is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Tutors retain ownership of their original course content but grant eFarming a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, distribute, promote, and display the content on the Platform.
• eFarming reserves the right to add introductory branded clips, platform logos, watermarks, or promotional elements to course videos.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any content without written permission.

7. Instructor (Tutor) Responsibilities

Instructors agree to:

• Provide original, accurate, and lawful content
• Comply with video, audio, and quality standards
• Respect intellectual property and student rights
• Avoid misleading claims or false guarantees

eFarming reserves the right to review, approve, suspend, or remove instructor content that violates these Terms.

8. User Conduct & Community Standards

Users must engage respectfully, including:

• No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
• No plagiarism or academic dishonesty
• No sharing of private or confidential information

Violation of community standards may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

eFarming reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if these Terms are violated
• Remove content or restrict access to protect users and the Platform

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

• eFarming may contain links to third-party websites or services.
• We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
• Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". eFarming makes no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Outcomes from applying course knowledge

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Personal, business, or farming losses resulting from course application

• Your misuse of the Platform

• Infringement of third-party rights
