1. To start planting Aloe Vera you need to get a clean bucket or big Clay pot with some drainage or hole at the bottom, then cover the hole with a small piece of stones, this holes serves as drainage and water outlet in cases were you water your aloe vera it should have some little leakage to reduce the excessive water.



2. In your next step, add atleast 1-2 inches layer potful soil over the bottom of your bucket or pot which you wish to use for your planting, ensure to use soil formated for cacti and succulents.



3.Now get your Aloe vera plant, make sure you handle it very carefully and it should be held by the root so as to avoid damaging the plant and create a small hole underneath your bucket or pot then place the Aloe vera underneath from the root into the bucket filled and cover it's balls and roots with the soil untill the base of the plant is in the same position with the lip of the bucket/pot

Ensure to cover the root ball with enough soil and paddle it with your flat pam.


4. Now Wash the dirt off the outer layer of the bucket/pot. Then Water the aloe vera plant 2 to 3 days after transplanting.

Note that The best time to water your aloe vera is in the morning because it will give it foliage time to dry up before night falls.
